PvP Rules

Active guild wars: Fighting the enemy guild gives no unjustified frags or new skulls. Both sides can use exiva on each other, enemies show guild emblems, and kills score points. Battle lock and normal death loss still apply outside PvP zones.

PvP rulesSkulls & fragsWhite 15m · Red 3 / 10 / 20
White skull
Lasts 15 minutes after attacking an unmarked player.
Red skull
3 unjustified kills in 24 hours, 10 in 7 days, or 20 in 30 days gives a red skull for 7 days.
Banishment
5 unjustified kills in 24 hours, 15 in 7 days, or 30 in 30 days gives a 4-day ban.
Guild wars
During an active guild war, fighting the enemy guild gives no unjustified frags or new skulls. Both sides can use exiva on each other, enemies show guild emblems, and kills count toward the score. Normal battle lock still applies.
PvP rulesDeath & protection5 blessings + Death Blessing = full item protection
Experience & skills
Death loss depends on your level, promotion, blessings, and whether it was an unfair fight.
Backpack & equipment
On a normal death without item protection, you lose your backpack and each equipped item, including your quiver, has a 10% chance to drop. All five regular blessings plus Death Blessing protect everything like AOL. Old one-use AOLs still work.
When protection fails
Item protection does not work with a red skull, black skull, or Permadeath.
War deaths
Kills during an active war do not count as unjustified kills. Normal death losses still apply outside PvP zones.
PvP zones
You do not drop loot or lose skills when you die in a PvP zone.
Death Blessing
Death Blessing gives double experience and skill gain until you recover what was lost. With all five regular blessings, it also protects your items like AOL.
PvP rulesTargeting & multi-clientManual map aim · Max 3 clients
Manual rune aim
You cannot use runes on players through the battle list. Aim runes on the map instead.
What still works
You can still use runes on yourself and monsters, and use potions and other items normally.
PvP and No-PvP
Both players must be on the PvP side to attack each other. PvP zones may have their own death rules.
Multi-client
You may use up to three clients at once. Characters opened by the same player cannot work together in combat, blocking, healing, or other active PvP or PvE play.
