What is a tutor?
Tutors are experienced TibiaScape players who help new adventurers understand the game, the client, and the server.
If you are unsure where to hunt, how a system works, or what to do next, a tutor is the right first stop.
Tutors can help with
- Client basics, controls, hotkeys, and setup questions.
- Where to level, what to hunt, and how TibiaScape systems work.
- Quest directions, progression questions, and beginner confusion.
- Explaining server features in a simple way for brand-new players.
Tutors cannot replace staff
- Account recovery, payment issues, and premium problems should go to staff.
- Rule reports, punishments, and serious abuse reports should go to staff.
- Item losses, technical incidents, or account security issues should use the support channels.
Best way to ask for help
Keep your message short and specific. Include your world, what you were trying to do, and what confused you.
That makes it much easier for a tutor to give you a fast answer.
